1. Use of the Service

By using Fletcher Forged, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide design requests, text, and uploaded materials that you have the right to use.

You must read the instructions carefully before submitting a request. Examples and guidance are provided to help you understand the kind of information that produces better results.

2. Uploaded Content and Permissions

You remain responsible for the content you submit, including names, mottos, service numbers, dates, logos, badges, artwork, photographs, and reference images.

You must own the copyright in anything you upload, have permission from the copyright owner, or otherwise have a lawful right to use it. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading material.

3. AI Generated Design Concepts

Generated images are created using artificial intelligence. AI image generation is experimental and creative. It will typically follow the wording, references, and instructions you provide, but it can misunderstand details, introduce errors, omit details, alter text, or produce unexpected results.

Generated images are design concepts, prototypes, and creative previews only. They are not finished products, final artwork, manufacturing files, or a guarantee that the design can be engraved exactly as shown.

Where the AI gets something wrong, that is part of the experimental nature of the service. You should review generated designs carefully before relying on them or asking for further work.

4. Credits and Refunds

Generated image credits are consumed when a generation request is submitted or processed. We do not refund generated image credits for any reason, including where you are unhappy with the generated result, entered the wrong instructions, misunderstood the examples, or the AI output contains errors or unexpected details.

Credits, generated images, account features, and shop orders may be changed, paused, or withdrawn where needed to operate, protect, or improve the service.

5. Engraving and Further Processing

Images generated through Fletcher Forged will normally need further processing before they can be used for engraving, manufacture, or physical production.

We may regenerate, redraw, adapt, or convert images to greyscale for engraving purposes, but further editing may still be required. This can include correcting errors, adjusting lines, depth, shading, contrast, layout, scale, and other details needed for the chosen material or engraving process.

Final manufacturability, engraving detail, colours, layout, and physical production may vary and may require review before an order can be made.

6. Sharing and Publication

Your designs are private by default. If you tick the sharing consent box, you allow Fletcher Forged to feature, display, publish, market, and share the design concept. Admin approval is still required before a design appears publicly.

7. Refusal, Removal, and Changes

Fletcher Forged may refuse, remove, or edit requests that are unlawful, unsafe, offensive, infringing, unsuitable for production, or unsuitable for publication.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Errors and Omissions

Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE). We try to keep the information on the website accurate, but mistakes, omissions, pricing errors, availability changes, image errors, and wording errors may occur.
